Ad Grants Management
Google Ad Grants management, handled end to end
Application, campaign builds, optimization, compliance, and reporting for your nonprofit's $10,000/month grant — from a Google Ad Grants Certified Professional Agency, at a flat monthly rate.
Google Ad Grants management is the ongoing work of running a nonprofit's $10,000/month grant account: building search campaigns, optimizing them, and keeping the account compliant with Google's Ad Grants policies so it doesn't get suspended. Kinsey Street provides it as a flat-rate, full-service program from $249/month, first month free.
What's included in every plan
- Eligibility & application. We confirm your 501(c)(3) qualifies, complete Google for Nonprofits validation, and submit the Ad Grants application — free for management clients. Already have the grant? We start with a full account audit instead.
- Custom campaign builds. Search campaigns mapped to your actual goals — donations, volunteers, program signups, event registrations — not a copy-paste template.
- Unlimited scale. Unlimited campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords on every plan. Your grant's ceiling is $10,000/month; we build toward it.
- Continuous optimization. Ongoing keyword, ad copy, bidding, and landing-page work to spend more of the grant and convert more of the clicks.
- Compliance monitoring. We watch the account against Google's Ad Grants policies — including the 5% CTR requirement — so it stays active. Suspended account? We fix those too.
- Weekly + monthly reporting. Plain-English reports on what ran, what it used of the grant, and what it produced for your mission.
Who it's for
Nonprofits without the grant yet. We handle the application end to end and build the account right the first time. Not sure you qualify? Check eligibility here.
Nonprofits with an underused grant. Most self-managed accounts spend a small fraction of the $10,000. We rebuild and expand so more of the grant actually works.
Nonprofits with a suspended or lapsed account. Compliance violations pause thousands of grant accounts. We diagnose, fix, and reactivate — then keep it compliant.
Agencies with nonprofit clients. If you'd rather not learn the grant's rulebook, outsource it to us white-label.
Flat monthly pricing

FAQ
Ad Grants management, answered
What does full-service Ad Grants management include?
Everything the grant requires: eligibility confirmation and application (or an audit of your existing account), custom campaign builds, unlimited campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords, continuous optimization, compliance monitoring against Google's Ad Grants policies, and weekly plus monthly reporting. Kinsey Street's plans start at $249/month with the first month free.
Do we need to already have the Ad Grant before hiring you?
No. If your nonprofit doesn't have the grant yet, Kinsey Street confirms eligibility and handles the Google for Nonprofits and Ad Grants application at no extra charge for management clients.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
Your nonprofit does. The Ad Grant account lives under your organization's Google for Nonprofits access; Kinsey Street manages it with linked access, so if you ever leave, the account, its history, and its data stay with you.
How is Ad Grants management different from regular Google Ads management?
The grant has its own rulebook: a 5% minimum click-through rate, keyword quality requirements, geo-targeting rules, and conversion tracking standards, with suspension as the penalty for violations. Generalist agencies manage grants like paid accounts and get them suspended; Kinsey Street specializes in the grant's rules.
